Not to mention that without announcer, one could not just listen to the show because stories were introduced with graphics & text - yet the iron was that there was NEVER anything new to learn!!

Donald Trump will defend a Confederate statue but not an American soldier.

I would have read my damn briefs, Barbra, that's for sure.
Can you imagine how President Hillary Clinton - a Woman with a powerful mind - would have handled this pandemic? Being a mother and grandmother, she would’ve instinctively taken care of the public health of the people of the United States.

if y’all can retweet this enough times that Disney calls, that’d be greatly appreciated

I haven't always appreciated Linode but they are without a doubt the most capable, professional, friendly, kind, thoughtful company I have ever dealt with, ever, for anything. Ever. They will seriously restore your faith in everything, everywhere, forever. 🕺🌈

They scheduled patches for a hw problem just before gay pride last year (50th) & I was hosting a very large site, for a huge club here in NYC (sending >1m emails/mo.) Moved VPS to patched server 2 wks early w/o a single hiccup. <25 min downtime in 12+ years. 0 bytes data lost.

What's truly awesome about @linode? When they have maintenance to perform on your machine, they notify you WELL in advance, and as a matter of routine policy if the schedule is a problem, they set you up with a script to move you to an already patched machine. Seamless!

As god is my witness, he waived the next month's charges in advance as well. I spend $60/mo at @Linode and I have referred exactly one customer who spends the same. (I have a hard time convincing people, why I do not know.) He said that should give some time to catch a breath.

@Linode 's reply - and I'm talking about someone you'd encounter as part of their service team - was that I'd been a loyal customer now for 6 years and he sympathized, so to take some of the heat off me, he was waiving the current charges.

I had to email @Linode let them know I was waiting on yet another credit card replacement and I'd pay the bill a few days late. This has happened an unreasonable amount of times in the past few years.

@AskAmex Amex Serve customer service picked up after 2 hours and 40 minutes. Solved our problem in < 3 minutes. Wow.

@mikewystrach Sorry this saga via twitter. But who's manning the email and what's your office's email to escalate a problem after 3 strikes, you know?

@mikewystrach This hassle = WAY more than your customers should have to deal with; hopefully to be resolved. PS teh boxes are CRAZY heavy. Don't go all Amazon Warehouse on them. Thx.

@mikewystrach in 5 years time who's gonna take those calls from ER DRs RNs? I'm trying to keep stitches in place, but I was, in the moment, trying to get the package to my door before it was stolen. So I could eat. To heal. To thrive. Avg life of unattended parcels? ~ 10 mins.

@mikewystrach I couldn't find any kind of way to escalate our problem simply so I could be done with it; but then I wondered who at freshly takes the calls for real emergencies; like when someone has a severe reaction to something after something they ate.

@mikewystrach about the the physical well being of your customers. Think about the people using the service that need to, not because they can simply afford to. Deliveries go into a mailbox or are brought to the apt door, why am I explaining this? It's not a spec instruction

@mikewystrach once banging on the door freaking out all the dogs on the floor esp. mine (1x box was delivered) How'd @getFreshly get this far that even a single driver thinks it's ok to be that disrespectful to your valuable work/property to leave it for a thief or indifferent

@mikewystrach Tenants look = not theirs, but making note bc nobody wants that kind of trouble. The boxes are TOO HEAVY, man. He has a handtruck. Not buying one to transport food via elevator to 4th floor. A different hassle every week, buzzing uncontrollably,
