Steve Descano is the Commonwealth Attorney of Fairfax, Virginia. This is equivalent to a District Attorney. This is the man we all should write. Amber Heard should be prosecuted for perjury, a Class 5 felony. @ffxcircuitcourt should be pushing for this as she lied prolifically.

Johnny Depp's & the testimony of his witnesses didn't change from 2016 to the present. When you're telling the truth, when you have credible evidence, there is no need to change your narrative. A unanimous jury found Mr. Depp innocent of Ms. Heard's false allegations. TBC

Amber Heard, Whitney Heard Henriquez, & her other coconspirators testimony has changed multiple times, quite drastically in some cases from 2016 to the 2022 US trial, Depp v. Heard. This fact was used to impeach them in the US case.

Amber Heard also didn't want the fact that Mr. Justice Nicol found, for example, an instance of alleged sexual violence to be false in his ruling admissible. Why? She planned on alleging that same incident during the US trial, which she did, & a jury didn't believe her.
