There’s pros and cons to both, but I LOVE wigs and braids because it can protect my real hair🧘🏾♀️ I just hate when people insinuate that I hate my natural hair, I don’t! It just takes a lot of steps, expensive product, physical labor on my arms, AND I get headaches😭
I hate when y’all do this natural hair vs wig war on here.

I keep my hair in protective braids & twists (I wear wigs a lot). But even when I’m not wearing wigs, I wear my hair in ways where my ends won’t tangle since I have low-porosity/kinky hair. I don’t do anything crazy with my hair & I think that’s why my hair grows so much lol

Some things that I feel that has helped: 1) flax seed gel & hibiscus green tea pre-poo 2) keeping my hair in twists while detangling + washing to retain length 3) low manipulation hairstyles!

Both has it’s pros & cons, and one isn’t better than the other. It’s all about preference (which, at the end of the day, isn’t your business). Sincerely, a girl who loves & wears both lol.
