Updating tier list to add @DuelSpecTCG new Oversleeves for Standard sizes as S tier alongside Broccoli. They have the textured back and shuffle well without catching which i experienced a lot with Dragon Shield and KMC oversleeves usually breaking sleeves.

I never had a clear favorite character in One Piece. Yamato and Sakazuki were very close, but without a doubt, Rocks D. Xebec is that character now. He is the absolute goat.

Game is fine but not fun. When i play I don't really enjoy it, I'm just going through motions until i can play riftbound again. Triangle formats are cool, I've always liked them in other games but not in op. Kaisa/Yi is also whack but i at least enjoy the games.
I want to know what people really think about this format, please be honest with your reply I am not judging anyone just want to know the state of the game. Do you think the current OP13 format is healthy for the game? Feel free to comment why.
