Providing cover crop, edge of field practice and cost share information today at the SE IA research farm strip till field day. Rain has prevented infield demonstrations but manufacturers sharing great information on their strip till equipment. #isucrops

Not the weather we hoped for, but it’s still going to be a great day!!!.
It may be raining but the Strip-Till Field Day is still on! It’s nice and dry inside! The AM session starts at 9:30 am and the after session starts at 2 pm. Levi Powell with @ISUDigitalAg will be speaking at noon on being “Successful with Strip-Till”! @nciacrops @rkvittetoe

With nearly 3 inches of rain at the SE Research Farm this weekend, not likely we will be able to do the in-field demos as planned, but the show will still go on! Strip-till bars are already being delivered to the farm!.
‼️We've had to make adjustments for our Strip-Till Field Day this week (July 30th) at the SE Research Farm due to 🌧️this weekend/ with additional 🌧️ in the forecast. Check out the updates at Rain or shine, the show will go on even without in-field demos!

Southern rust is not hard to find in some fields. It favors warm & humid conditions + leaf wetness. Scout your fields. If you decide to spray, double check to make sure the fungicide is effective for rusts (not all are) ➡️ @alisonrISU #ISUCrops
