On Artsy, the physical piece is listed with a price of $6,300, while the NFT exists as a separate entity. This dual representation underscores the complexities of managing and selling phygital artworks, emphasizing the importance of transparency and clear ownership records.

3. Exclusivity: If exclusivity is promised, it must be adhered to strictly. Selling a physical artwork and its NFT as exclusive originals to different buyers without clear disclosure can damage an artist's reputation.

@michaelkutsche 's "Melancholia Bay" is an excellent example. Each edition in this series comes with a @museframe display, a limited print tagged with @TransientLabs' T.R.A.C.E., and a signed certificate.

1. Exclusive Ownership: if a physical piece is sold, its NFT should either not exist or be transferred to the same buyer. 2. Shared Ownership: different versions cater to different markets and experiences, allowing them to be sold separately without ethical concerns.
