So @Discovery_SA debits my Wife's bank account 5 x for bankcharges on the 6th. The EXACT same amount! 5X! It is now almost 3 weeks later, with daily phone calls and this has still not been rectified. Discovery admit to their error. How can they possibly claim #DiscoveryBestBank?

The best way to understand the ANC is to see it for what it is, a nested heirarchy of semi-autonomous crime families. Local strongmen control the branches. Their power derives from their influence over municipal government controlling the award of tenders and allocation of jobs.

So I spend an extremely patient hour with @Discovery_SA on the phone this morning. Escalating the call and getting a promise from a case manager to resolve this and provide me feedback by 3 pm. I have just got off the phone to them again and need to start over again. WTAF
