They'd be pretty justified this time. Hisami's full name, Yomotsu Hisami (豫母都 日狭美), contains the kanji 母, which means "mother". Doing a cursory check, it appears that she's the first and currently only character to have the kanji for "mother" in her name.

Update to the Yukkuri situation. ZUN has met up with a legal firm and confirmed that any Yukkuri content that involves Touhou characters are considered Touhou fanwork, and thus the trademark does not have any power over them. Touhou Yukkuri video creators need not to worry much.

Reimu's signature move, Spirit Sign "Dream Seal", actually contains her name. While it's not obvious in English, in Japanese, the name of the move is 霊符「夢想封印」(Reifu, Musou Fuuin), which contains 霊 (Rei) and 夢(mu). Basically, Reimu named her signature move after herself.

As an addendum to this, the in-bubble text uses a specially made font called Touhou Biolinum, which has been in use since MoF, I believe. In UM, it's set to bolded and at 92% horizontal width. You can download it online if you want to make custom in-bubble dialogue, too.

So, not only is PoFV coming to Steam later this month, it appears that they're also beta-ing online multiplayer. It does specify that it might not necessarily work, they might update it somewhere further down the line when they've ascertained that it's stable.
The 9th Touhou Project, "Touhou Kaeizuka ～ Phantasmagoria of Flower View." will be available for Steam on 25,April!
