Very silly. Get rid of 99.7% of the government and then throw in some tariffs if you want a fair comparison to 1789+ (I am not currently suggesting this, just saying “Hamilton used tariffs” is as relevant as saying “Hamilton used a Flintlock” though that one worked out poorly for.
