🖊️ Showing up to meetings with a notepad and a proper pen. 🤝 A strong, confident handshake that sets the right tone. These small details might seem trivial, but they reflect your commitment levels.

Here are 5 things I’ve noticed . 🪒 Be clean-shaven when representing your company. 📊 I reviewed a deck with a blurry, misplaced logo on a distracting colored backdrop. My first thought was, "that looks really lazy." It doesn’t take much more effort to position your logo neatly.

A recent observation from my meetings this month 👀. It’s often the small things in business that can make the biggest impact. These seemingly minor details might go unnoticed when they’re there—but when they’re missing, people take note, and it could cost you. .

6️⃣ Don’t be afraid to push back—don't be afraid to push back and make sure the partnership works for all 3 parties (you, the other company and most importantly the customer).

4️⃣ Both parties need skin in the game; real value is key (if a partnership makes someone look good to their boss thats a bonus) . 5️⃣ Track everything—data doesn't lie and it'll tell you if things need revisiting/fixing.
