I have an alternative proposal.
For the last few months Iāve brought up ātransparencyā as a policy framework for governing powerful AI systems and the companies that develop them - to help move this conversation forward @anthropicai has published details about what a transparency framework could look like.

The irony here is that most startups and small developers are much more transparent than Anthropic.
The transparency framework focuses on the largest frontier model developers only and includes ideas for ways to exempt startups and smaller developers to avoid burdening the ecosystem while focusing on the highest-risk systems.

I dreamed that Pmarca created a YC clone. The first session was in a public place (a hotel I think). Jessica and I were passing by and thought he was giving a talk and sat down to listen. When we realized what it was, we were horrified that he'd think we'd come to spy on it.

PSA: thereās a guy named Soham Parekh (in India) who works at 3-4 startups at the same time. Heās been preying on YC companies and more. Beware. I fired this guy in his first week and told him to stop lying / scamming people. He hasnāt stopped a year later. No more excuses.
