Hello from 2026! We are one year closer to returning to the Moon, sampling Mars, commercializing the orbital industry, and making humanity’s wildest dreams come true. Cheers!

What interested me was the header tank/landing tank for SH V3 booster is offset from the center. It makes sense since the most of the time the booster was tilted during the descent and offset CoM could help to establish a larger AoA with less help from aero control.

Here we observe the ground motion (red: up, blue: down) across North America from the strong magnitude 7.0 Hubbard Glacier Earthquake yesterday (12/06/25) as detected by seismographs. Strong seismic waves first propagated across Alaska & Canada, and then across the entire globe!

Seems like center engine failed to establish a stable burn. More likely the chamber pressure of the engine is low. Could be the result of Base Deflagration due to Supersonic Retropropulsion. Or it is the recirculation of side engine plume destroy the plumbing of center engine
@LandSpace_Tech @CNSA_en @nkknspace @homem_doespaco @cnunezimages @InfographicTony @CNSAWatcher @CNSpaceflight @Cosmic_Penguin @AJ_FI This zoomed-in footage indicates that an explosion shortly after the landing burn startup caused the failure.

If #zhuque3 was using Falcon-9 launch profile and landing trajectory. But the landing pad is just 390km away from the launch site. So they took a stepper reenrtying and landing trajectory, this could lead to the booster was still in supersonic when landing burn ignited.

Booster landing burns can fail or explode in high dynamic pressure: 1) plume–aero coupling → asymmetric separation & nozzle side‑loads; 2) structural vibration + turbopump/combustion transients → surge, instability, thrust loss; 3) aeroheating + fatigue → weak welds/joints.
Slow-mo of the landing burn, The center engine was ignited & vectoring. They are fairly close. via https://t.co/cffeJ0vOT7

Should be an easy fix.
ZQ-3: Visual confirmation that they were REALLY close. Huge congratulations to @LandSpace_Tech - if it survived re-ignition, it would've landed bang on.

Long March 12 A, Zhuque 3, Tianlong 3. Just a reference, it is clearly generated by Gemini.
