If you have Vex in bf and activate those in combat* If opponent activates rebuke for example he should tap 3 and return 3 runes.

Against Draven specifically, you just early setup let him take point early usually to 3-4. Avoid fights you could lose (I’ve went complete matches without Draven drawing once from legend). Their resources will be very low, while yours are usually high, this is when you start

I did get 2-0’ed by a Lucian the other day lol, completely destroyed but I had never played against it before. Brynhir in main and I did not even considered it to play around it. I even tried to build a similar list based on what cards I was able to see in that match.

Haven’t lost once to Draven as Irelia in the @ runes & rift ranked ladder. Currently 3-0 in matches, 6-0 in individual games. If well set up, deck feels unstoppable.

I love how I spend 6 days a week testing Riftbound set 2 and just 1 day a week to actually play a local/skirmish of set 1.

Last minute 2025 take: Draven is definitely tier 1, but I don’t think its BDIF. If you understand what makes it strong and play well around that, matchups are doable, at least for other good decks. TAKE WITH A GRAIN OF SALT.
