This photograph from the Ashes triggered a train of thoughts. The crowd walks into the glorious SCG to enjoy the presentation ceremony up close. That right there shows that the Australian cricket board cares about the fan experience. In India, the fans have to make do with

This is the most neutral summary I’ve seen of the Minnesota murder by ICE. It has ALL angles, it syncs them together, and shows the lead up and aftermath… if you watch this all and still think those shots were justified - you just might be a psychopath.

Run chases on the second afternoon. This Ashes is essentially Dorset vs Cheshire in 1983.

There is no “both sides” here. The political aggression and taste for violence against innocent people are all coming from the left. It’s right there on the surface — “our grandparents were the original anti-Nazis” etc. And what’s a Nazi today? To a modern day liberal, it’s

Fun Fact: everyone knows Joe Root's dad, Matt, played for Sheffield Collegiate CC but so too did Jacob Bethell's, Graham.

Footballers: any time your opponent is doing a Zidane turn, just put part of your body in the turning circle and you'll have the goal chalked off by VAR. Ridiculous decision. #CHEFUL

If you wondered how tough League cricket used to be, let’s go back to 1987. Central Lancashire League.
