Answers to FAQ!. Similar to Razer's Snap Tap w/ slightly different implementation. SOCD most often applies to "A" and "D" being exclusively actuated (not active at the same time). Last-pressed priority SOCD means out of A and D, whichever is pressed last will be the active key.
