For 60 years, Medicare & Medicaid have made quality, affordable health care a reality for millions of Americans. While out-of-touch extremists put tax cuts for the rich ahead of healthcare for you, I’m fighting every day to strengthen these life-saving programs.

The consequences of cutting health care to pay for handouts to millionaires are real. Allison is from Flint, and her daughter relies on Medicaid for cancer treatments. Blanket cuts to the program do nothing to make their lives easier.

Federal funding is coming to help revitalize the runway at MBS Airport. This will make flying to & from mid-Michigan safer & easier while supporting our local economy & creating good-paying construction jobs.

Republicans just gave massive handouts to the ultra-wealthy, and now they want to rip away Affordable Care Act tax credits that actually help working families. I'm fighting for a bill to extend those tax credits, which are set to expire in January. There's no time to waste.

The Saginaw River Coast Guard station cut back its hours of operation, but emergencies can happen any time, any day. Local law enforcement has had to pick up the slack, but their resources are already stretched thin. We need to restore 24/7 service to keep our community safe.
