We want merit. But women of merit are systematically overlooked, due to internal biases favouring men. Quotas are one way to compensate for & even elimate this bias.

Besides Penal Code section 507A (the new offence), good to mention Criminal Procedure Code section 98A "Protection Order in Cases of Stalking".
This can stop stalkers from contacting/coming near you WHILE investigations are ongoing.

The Minister did the right thing by reporting. Violence is a crime and you DON'T have to tolerate it.
