Wonder why ENG vas did this. Perhaps cultural thing? Also i notice JP vas are always more professional(?). Yes they dress up and often get attached to the character their voice, but not too much like ENG vas are. This is from my personal view

I notice some people complain or even drop Shadows House either because it's slow-paced or they expected it to be an intense horror anime
Or they just want to see cool scenes while not caring about the characters or the plot which honestly upset me

I know it is up to people's preferences/taste but it just hurts me when i see something like that. Probably because i was attached to this series and im weak negative opinions.

Well at least shadows house is adapted very well until 10 episodes and the author took part as well explained the changes so it really isnt that bad. Though they should have kept some parts since some scenes are important for character development

Mine is Kate and Emilico
They treated each other as equals. They cared about one another since day one. Kate doesn't care about the harsh rules of the shadows house and cared about emilyko's well-being.

Although the ending of Shadows House is underwhelming for me, the whole adaptation is still good and i still like it.
It is not poorly written. They handled it well. Im happy they still show few scenes of the soot training arc though i think it could've gone better

Why i love Shadows House:

1. It has mystery, slice of life, and pyschological horror packed in one.
2. The visuals and world-building. Since it's a seinen genre, it doesn't soley focus on one or two characters but every characters have their own uniqueness

It seems some people are not aatisifed with how the morph revelation explained and then say things like "what's with shoving so much info?"
I mean its a bit overwhelming and felt awkward but it's the same as the manga. It doesn't ruin the show still enjoyable episode

That doll in early chapter is very important to Kate. It was a gift from Emilyko and it hurts her when Emilyko accidentally wet it. Honestly this hurts me now. She must be very sad when she met emilico again she doesnt act like herself thats probably why she emits soot so much

Yesterday is Shadows House 3rd Anniversary
The day when the series made a debut. Shadows House is one of the few series thay will always hold a slecial plave in my heart. The characters, the plot and the worldbuilding are amazing
