We are looking forward to working with the sector on developing these policies and recruiting the REF 2029 panellists.

In the last few weeks we have:.- published the OA Policy.- opened recruitment for main & sub-panels & the Secretariat.- confirmed main panel chairs.- published a blog updating on the PCE pilot and confirmed the panellists

We've got town halls coming up on:.💻REF 2029 Open Access Policy - 28 Jan.💻People, Culture and Environment pilot - 4 Feb.💻Volume measure - 11 Feb.

In January we'll publish:.➡️the guidance and template being used as part of the PCE Pilot.➡️the Volume Measure Policy, along with the associated Codes of Practice Guidance.In Summer we'll publish:.➡️CKU Policy & associated Codes of Practice Guidance.➡️Engagement & Impact Policy.

Experiences beyond academia, including other sectors, policy work, and community-based experience are also highly valued; this includes diverse lived experiences and those with an understanding of diverse research practices, outputs, impacts and engagement practice. #ref2029.

We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply, even if you are not certain that you meet every criterion. We are keen to hear from individuals with varied expertise who can bring unique perspectives to the panels. #ref2029.
