This fundamentally misses the point. The Facebook judge and the Google judge are Democratic appointees. The problem is the corporate takeover of our courts. There is no relief from this in the current Democratic party, it’s almost as bad here as in the Republican Party
Sure let’s vent about conservative justices. But a strategy reliant on regulations and lawsuits is doomed to fail under a 6-3 conservative SCOTUS. The only way to shift the balance of SCOTUS is crafting a big tent that secures Dem control of WH and Senate for multiple elections.

The state AG case against RealPage is still active. If you live in Illinois or one of the ten other states suing RealPage, call your state's attorney general and let them know that they should not back down on lowering our rents. Illinois AG is at (217) 782-1090.

Insane. The Trump Admin just dropped its case against RealPage, the tech firm that landlords use to collude to raise Chicagoans' rents by $500 a year. This administration is not serious about making housing more affordable. They are handing out favors to corporate landlords.

Fake indictments dismissed, corruption going great obviously. The authoritarian tide is not inevitable. They are sloppy and not good at this. We can and will roll back these abuses, and build a government that delivers for people instead of targeting its political opponents.
