Zoe's research highlights the diverse methods used by communities in Catalonia to achieve housing goals and how cooperative housing fosters social inclusion and sustainability. Her paper was featured in the Collaborative Housing workshop. #CooperativeHousing #RightToHousing.

Zoe Tzika presented her paper “Housing as Community Infrastructure: Case Study Analysis of Catalonia’s Grant-of-Use Cooperative Housing.” Through six case studies, she explored how community participation and democratic governance create sustainable, affordable housing.

Annette's work also covered the cultural impacts, site logistics, and precision in assembly required for circular housing. Her paper was featured in the Housing and Circularity working group, contributing to life cycle approaches in housing research. #CircularHousing.

Annette Davis presented her paper "Circular Housing: Insights from Solar Decathlon Europe 2022." Her research delved into circular economy principles in housing, focusing on industrialized construction and design for disassembly. #CircularEconomy

The study also showed that targeting vulnerable households was particularly effective, as those in energy poverty benefited the most from these interventions. #EnergyPoverty #SustainableLiving.

Tijn Croon presented a paper on a natural field experiment in the Netherlands addressing energy poverty. Two local strategies, energy coaching and shallow retrofitting by "fix teams," were tested. #EnergyEfficiency
