Still not acceptable at all the item is still in London. My question is why take the parcel and promise to deliver it within 7 day’s if you cannot! Stop blaming Covid as other letters packages are here that was posted after this date so there were planes. Dissatisfied customer.

Today Is the day I have finally submitted my final bits of uni work and now have to accept that my journey as a student is complete. I’m so grateful that I took this brave step and excited to see what the future brings but with my family by myside I will thrive for improvement.

Our resident blackbird coming down for his breakfast every morning at 8am and tells me off if not out of garden by 5:30 as he wants food and a bath. A beautiful bird to watch. #blackbird
