One comment after another of people dodging responsibility with the stealth of a Karate 🥋 black belt dodging blows. People stealing and vandalising public infrastructure is NOT the government's fault! It is the fault of the vandals.
As we speak, people are destroying the fences protecting the Lagos to Calabar Road & stealing the green band wires meant to beautify it. The flooding of the road is also due to underground channels that were blocked by refuse. ~ Minister of Works says

Lagos needs a 10,000 gutter cleaning men and needs to arrest maybe 1 million lagosians, spend millions on advertising and telling Lagosians to stop being dirty.
