@O2 also wondering if cancellation would be possible whilst pac number change is “in the air” ie not yet happened…tired of waiting so weighing up my options. How would I cancel and how would it affect a pac not yet transferred (or so it would seem)?

@O2 @Ofcom how on earth do I get this sorted soon?! Almost a week not having proper use of this new sim. That’s a week paid for nothing really yet. Never had this trouble before. Messaging via dms then lucky to get one response a day is poor. 🙁

@O2 if this isn’t resolved in the next day or two max I’m going to have to look into cancellation of this sim contract as this is unacceptable. Help is very thin on the ground and I didn’t pay to be with you for this level of service. Number switch should not be this difficult 😞
