Ladi’Sasha is a writer, designer, and cultural arts leader with over 13 years of experience in community-engaged and place-based programming. She is also a doctoral candidate at Princeton University researching building histories of play and performance in the Black South.

📖 Critical Writing is part of Recess’s ongoing commitment to documenting the radical imagination of artists inside and outside the carceral state. The program commissions emerging writers to pursue the underlying themes and ideas that inform individual Session projects
