Another manageable and controlled red day. Lost two @TopOneFutures accounts but I had little drawdown left after my payout!. Overall, not a bad day though I am not enjoying trading at ATHs lol.

Left an order on my chart and lost my Apex accounts but it's ok, I'm up green on all the others :). maybe I tried to run the race a little bit too fast.

One day I’m getting the biggest payout I’ve had. The next day my accounts are barely hanging on. That’s the result of over confidence and rule breaking.

“I don’t want to trade anymore”. That’s definitely a thought I had today. But alas, I know I’ll be back tomorrow haha. Anyone else?.

My month goes to show that you really truly can undo a month’s worth of wins in just one out-of-control day. I’m glad I took a payout and that was real money and my losses were not real money but still…. Risk management is absolutely key.

Two losses today! . Sucks, but it is what it is. For some reason I thought this was a start of a new month LOL so that means I am ending my once green 21K month red. On to tomorrow.

Enjoyed my coaching call with @dotjosh to go over my tilt day!. Sucks to go through it again and it’s easier to just pretend it never happened but we built a list of action items to ensure I continue growing in my trading career. Thanks @TheFuturesDesk !!!.

Still stayed out of the markets even with that drop!. Practicing discipline.

Sitting today out!. Had a real rough loss yesterday but ending the month up 5.5K and took a 10.5K payout! . Accounts are still in good standing so I’ll happily take the day off and start fresh Monday!. Happy weekend everyone!

Plan for tomorrow:. Go into the day prepared to stay flat. If my entry presents, I’m taking it. If I take a loss, so be it. Mentally I’m ok so I’ll see what tomorrow has in store and let go of my absolute dumpster fire trading today.
