Mac-n-sleaze hack. instead of milk, put in a splash of Italian Sweet Cream coffee creamer. of course, parmesan, and some seafood chunks (Krab, surimini). Forgot to buy milch, didn't want to try buttermilk, so tried the coffee creamer. not bad.
