2 mile shakeout walk became 4 when I needed to make a run back for mulberries from the trees the wind knocked down along the trail. Still hot 🤣

I got brutalized by the heat at Dizzy Goat today. 103 at the start and 100 when done. I tapped at 5 miles, Jess and Dana both rockstared it out at 9. Starting straight up the sledding hill was a special kind of hell. Loved it. See ya next year! #runwithfriends #dizzygoat
