The hotel to be called Maison 1896, after the year of construction of the original building, is designed to feature 16 guest rooms including 2 suites, a small bar, Salon Prive, and a restaurant ft. a glass atrium. Maison 1896 is a one minute walk to the ancient Hospice de Beaune
