Great point for aspiring HCs-the importance of structured, constructive, consistent & timely communication cannot be overlooked🐾.
Coaches get head jobs because they're good with players as an assistant, but working with adults usually makes or breaks you. Many are unprepared. Make sure you are ready to work with: Asst. coaches, Parents, Administration, and the other sports' coaches.

Ray-Pec Community-start the conversation to get practice facilities on campus. We can have it all! Great athletics & activities = great academics🐾.
Included in this report: Schools from the KC area have contacted those in SWMO about getting their own facilities off the ground. Liberty has been aggressive. Others are expected to follow. Joplin has also been in contact and is working on its own.
