I have been a little overweight for most of my life. I have also struggled with mental health most of my life. Last 8 weeks I've been exercising daily and I've never felt better. I wonder how much of what I thought was depression was actually my body screaming for movement.

We’re safe. Sarasota got hit hard. Storm surge did not get as bad as predicted but major damage all around town. 70% of the county without power. Lots of tornados last night. Tampa and St Pete got wrecked along with barrier islands.
