Each prompt pulls the codebase in a new direction. Soon, the dev loses grip—not just on structure, but on intent. It’s wild how fast working code becomes broken, bloated, full of random markdown—and no one knows why anything’s there.

This isn’t some speculative future. It’s the now. And it’s bleak: When asked to add a feature or a small fix, there’s often blind hope that a better cursor prompt, "switching" b/w models will solve everything. Like: “I’ll fix it with love,” but for code.

Hey grad school applicants - recommendation letters running a bit late? Take a deep breath. Universities understand, professors are human (they're peers). Trust them and know that LOR deadlines are a bit more flexible than it appears. You've got this 💜
