Most disappointing fact is that even the Customer care executive of TATA AIG GIC unable to understand my requirement sent through email. I am requesting for their GST certificate for the id which are mentioned in policy, they are sending me new policy bond.

@IFBAppliances IFB products are good but after sale service is pathetic. After lodging service call, usually it take 4 to 5 days for their technician even to contact you. LOL. From DurgapurWB I lodged one service call during warranty period of Washng mach & felt the experience.
