So let’s just state facts and end all this Cincinnati vs Cleveland stuff. For the last 10 years Neo has either been in it or won it in almost all 6-7 divisions. Ignatius, Ed’s, mentor, maple, Bene, Youngstown, Massilon, ST.Vs, Kirtland, Avon stop!!.
If Cincinnati had a 7 on 7 team I promise we would be undefeated . No state has better players than Ohio. To add to that no city is better than Cincinnati 💯.

DBs these are good warm ups for you to do before practice starts. I’ve done this with all my DBs that I train in the NFL and they went on to have a Pro Bowl season. It’s chopped up in phases, it’s going to seem old school but it’s affective. Let’s go!!

Jump backs are good for muscle elasticity. Works on you being explosive. Don’t need anything but you and 10 yards. Hop back and broad jump forward. Try not to hesitate. You can do this and it will help improve your 40yd. When the virus let’s up then come see me.
