Is this a brain drain or a brain trust? The Jamaican diaspora has great skills, influence and mobility.
Brain 🧠 Drain. Jamaica 🇯🇲 ranks 2nd Globally. Narrowly loosing not, to Somalia, Palestine, Ukraine, Iraq, Afghanistan ….not to a war torn, Civil war having regions. No we beat all those. Samoa, but their population is only 200k so the math makes sense. Flabbergasted.
