I made a pretty scary change to Hovercode. Before: free plan -> paid plan. Now it's free plan -> free trial -> paid plan. So there will be no new MRR for 14 days 📉.

I'm still counting it as a win because the product deserves way more attention than I can give it and it's one more thing off my plate - but this was sold at a massive loss compared to how much I paid for it.

I've sold Shoutout 🎉. It was a very quick & easy sale which was the main thing for me. I'm excited to see where @davidsonkyle & @mityasmusin take it.
I don't have time to grow but don't have time to sell it either. Anyone interested in a quick purchase, but not with a silly offer? It can be a good business, but it needs some effort to get momentum. Happy to leave it as it is, but it's a shame!.

Stripe Capital finally offered me a loan "Based on Hovercode’s strong recent performance". I'm not going to take it because I'm not sure how I'd spend it with good ROI, but I enjoyed the validation!.

I am indeed "vibe coding" something. It's not a game, but something I will use at Hovercode. Not sure I'll release as a standalone product, but it's fun playing with all the new AI stuff on a brand new project.
