Everyone celebrate @DillonOtt1102 for hitting his first 10k month. Dillon quit his job at a golf course making $11/hr to work for me (Christmas lights) and start his own soft washing business. For our next act we’ll print $200k months hanging lights.

8) Takedown & Storage. Start takedowns January 1st. They take 1/5 of the time that installing does (which is awesome). Store the lights in crates/tubs and label each with the customer they belong to. If a customer doesn't return, the lights get repurposed for someone else.

7) Installing. You can install yourself or find 1-2 helpers/crew members. One solid crew of 3 can install $10,000/day of Christmas lights. If you're not comfortable with roofs, find a roofing crew or general laborer that is (they slow down in the winter).
