In young population geos like India it creates an existential crisis when millions of young people beginning their 30-40 year career journey get replaced by AI this causing socio-economic issues over time due to lack of well paying jobs or careers ending at a younger age.

The last thing I see is the difference in geos where human replacement rates are less than 2.1 (below this number, populations are dwindling with more older people than younger) where AI technologies will takeover from the lack of replacement workforce as it ages out.

The AI technologies at the LLM/SLM level + agentic AI getting to self orchestration are replacing human aspects in the value chain unlike earlier. They are learning & coordinating with each other that will improve over time making the human ingenuity irrelevant eventually.
