Other courier partners like Delhivery, Ekart, and Xpressbees deliver perfectly to my doorstep — never an issue. So the problem is clearly within Amazon’s last-mile hub, not my address.

When I called again, the agent said — “We can only do what can be done from a laptop. We have no control over the courier.” If Amazon has no control over its own hub, how can customers trust them? 🤔

I’ve raised multiple complaints with Amazon — even spoke with a senior executive on 5th Nov, who promised delivery the next day. But on 6th Nov, I received this email: “Your order has been cancelled and returned.” No attempt, no call.

What’s worse — the same delivery guy has delivered to my doorstep before! So clearly, it’s not about the location — it’s about carelessness and lack of accountability.

Every time, the delivery associate calls and says — “Please collect your parcel from 2 km away. We don’t deliver in your area.” Really? Then why accept the order in the first place?

My recent order (ID: 406-8462283-1120301) was cancelled without a single delivery attempt. The delivery person never came, never called — just marked it as “undeliverable”. And this isn’t the first time.
