Extremely frustrated with @airindia Lost 3 bags on our Zurich-Amsterdam flight. Had to cancel a vital meeting, costing dearly. Staff's rude behavior only added to the distress. This is unacceptable & I expect immediate action or I will be seeking legal recourse! #AirIndiaFail
