Happy to share my latest publication, ``Commitment Contracts with Action Constraints'', in the Review of Economic Design. The paper characterizes optimal coordination mechanisms with both full and partial commitment. Please see the link to the paper here:.

My paper with @RohitTicku is now published in the Journal of Comparative Economics. We make several theoretical predictions and hope it spurns interest on the political economy of identity politics in democracies.
The published version of the paper is now available at The Journal of Comparative Economics. I think the paper provides important insights on the rise of majoritarian identity politics, and it is among papers I am incredibly proud of. @ragsvenk

The contracts I characterize have applications to political science and international relations, especially on how countries can write contingent contracts when they form alliances (e.g., military, border security, peacekeeping).

Gave a talk to the Maths club at IISER Bhopal on the foundational concepts in Game Theory. Covered some simple experiments to highlight tragedy of the commons, p-beauty contest and iterated reasoning, centipede game and backward induction. Curious and responsive audience!

Completed the MS thesis presentations of my students today! Congratulations @MulikViraj and Anamika Singh. They worked on very diverse topics (populism and female labor force participation). It was a two-sided learning experience! Good luck to both of you.

Had a wonderful time at the Econ Department at IIT Kanpur. Met with the young faculty, most of whom were acquaintances, and had very productive discussions on research. Some useful comments (critical too!) on my paper which always helps! Thank you @iitk_econ and @vimalk_singh.

Had a wonderful time at Ashoka presenting my work. Great group and very useful feedback on my paper! Met with former Warwick folks, interacted with PhDs and faculty, and managed to do a pending revision with my friend/coauthor. Thanks @BD_ashoka and @ADeshpande for the invitation.
