The way it was leaked is bad, but I’m struggling to track this.
The deacon at Rice’s Church shouldn’t be in ministry because of past abuse while a believer, but you should be celebrated as an example of God’s grace despite spousal abuse while a believer?
Seems inconsistent.

I love it when Tom Buck gets to be an abuser and then make sure everyone else is rightly punished by his standard, call for resignations, make people step down from the SBC presidential nom, call for job removal of KSP, all while pretending he’s being persecuted for standing up

I’m not saying they’re exactly equivalent, but “is a jerk” is a pretty dismissive way to talk about an account that detailed regular threatening behaviour and an act of physical violence.
