Busy couple of weeks engaging teams around patient flow and discharge practices. Looking back and reflecting on word choices. So much curiosity and proactivity to harness and grow. #alwaysimproving #patientfirst #righttorehab #winterready #proud @oxfordhealthAHP @OxfordHealthNHS

Loved my active commute this morning. My new role will see me getting out on the ground supporting AHPs in community teams. Today I was appreciating spring en route. Tomorrow will be about resting!

Amazing! So grateful to be part of the team that delivers such high quality resp care for patients at the JR. After such a tough 18 months, this recognition means so much to each and every one of our Osler team. The best bunch of MDT colleagues anyone could wish for!.

Our Covid HDU physio team met earlier this week to visit the incredible Standing with Giants exhibition. I loved being there with this group to share memories, reflect and acknowledge all lives lost. It was an honour to stand with these living heroes amongst the exhibits.

Visited this powerful tribute to NHS staff who have worked through the pandemic and to colleagues who lost their lives to covid-19 after work today. Such a moving experience. Thank you @standingwgiants for creating this beautiful place for remembering and reflecting.

I feel proud to be part of a team, MDT, CSU and organisation where I’ve experienced only compassion and support. Zero stigma. We all have mental health, and it’s absolutely ok to need help with it as we would with a physical health condition. Don’t be afraid to ask for support.
