The English @HMCTSgovuk has a shocking lack of respect for people trying to contact them. Why is it such GOV systems are easy to call to pay/take our money, yet you wait in a Q for 50+ mins or are randomly disconnected when waiting to Query? 🤔 how much more of this system? 🕰️
