Tbh the working hours and long, workload is really exausting, environment is not ergonomic, patient load is really heavy, wages aren't adequate, but yet they do their best to keep going to provide the best. We are nothing without our nurses. 🙌

Estimated 1.5 years ago, there were minimum 70 House Officers in a department, currently there are barely 30 in a department and are about to reduce tremendously. That's a drop of almost >50%, are we not worried yet? The number of patients are increasing everyday, we are lacking

I work as a doctor paid RM 9 per hour, average 61 hours by right, but actually free labour around 70 plus hours. Let's just say I sell burger ramli biasa Rm 5, in 1 hour I sell 4 also. I make Rm20. Imagine if I sell burger Ayam Crispy Special Cheese Tornado Meleleh x 4. Rm40

I do not wish to rant but sometimes it's just shitty. I walked into the opposite ward to use the pc to update a discharge summary, was denied usage, asked why? You're from different ward, so? Isn't it in the same hospital? As if like I'm obtaining joy by doing the discharge.
