HVEs are considered very positive generally. But they are good only when in the base and initial phases of rally. So it always depends on the context. In trading, it is not that A implies B and you place a trade. Every chart has a story to narrate and you must listen it. (2/2).

#Intellect . I got stopped out today. What I learnt?. A stock which had rallied non-stop 116% should be given more time to consolidate. At least I should have waited for it to touch its 50 EMA. Also, if it were to rally non-stop further, it would not have waited for so long.

An excessive amount of Stop Loss Hunting is visible in a lot of charts. I'll post a few for your reference so that we can learn to use it rather than getting trapped in it.
