If Cardano services aren’t restored by early that week, it will collide with the Midnight token launch. People who plan to buy $NIGHT with ADA on-chain could be blocked. Hopefully it gets resolved sooner, but based on the timing and operational reality, the runway is tight.

Even in the best case, this pushes the earliest realistic restoration of Cardano functionality to somewhere in the Dec 2–4 window. That’s assuming: -No unexpected sync failures -No dependency issues -No backlog contention -No cascading API errors post-update

Each of those steps above can take hours, and a full resync alone can take 12–48 hours depending on infra load.

What needs to happen: -Identify the node version mismatch or sync failure -Apply the correct update -Fully resync the node to the current chain state -Validate API health + wallet services + UTXO lookups -Re-enable deposits/withdrawals -Monitor stability before opening back up

So the earliest meaningful work window is Monday, Dec 1, when the full team is back. But even in the best-case scenario, Dec 1 isn’t “fix day.” It’s start day. 👇
