Playing festivals and big stages is great and all, but honestly it’s hard to beat a vibe at a 200 person underground in a smaller market city where nobody is jaded, everyone knows each other, and people are just there to dance.

I see a lot of genre specific music production tutorials on YouTube. Could these be adding to the lack of original ideas in music today? Doesn't it make more sense to have tool based tutorials that are more about creativity and technicality ?
