New feature! Generate DDL for @MySQL / @mariadb . Export now supports ANSI, MS T-SQL, and Maria/MySQL.

New feature! We just added INDEX and UNIQUE keywords. These cause INDEX or UNIQUE CONSTRAINT to be issued in SQL export. Single columns only (i.e. no compound indexes or constraints yet).
