Having my mental and physical health so that I may continue to play in life and be able to get lost in activity and conversation with amazing people. “Acknowledging the good that you already have in life, is the foundation for all abundance.” Eckhart Tolle

My colleagues, from whom I get to learn and be inspired by everyday who are doing amazing things and keep raising the bar. My industry, which has allowed me to thrive in ways I never thought possible, break the rules and give me a platform to use my skills.

Feeling thankful today as I forget how lucky I am to get to do what I do and live the life I have. In that weird place between what feels like trying to keep your head above water, while also working on being your best, it is easy to lose sight of just what is important in life

Because that is the space in which growth can happen Want to be more confident? Try and do things you are curious about but have held back on. Neuro Reconditioning could be just where to start. #NeuralReconditioning #MotionMastery #ReconditioningRevolution

Quote for the day. Do you desire to be confident? I think we all do. But it is something that comes with reaching out and being curious, trying things we haven’t done before and not worrying about what we will look like in trying.

Differentiate yourself in the worlds of therapy and performance. Make it clear you are not doing the same old manual therapy techniques or protocols as every other therapist. Prescribe exercises by design using an understanding of applied neurology. https://t.co/wY6rgfB8Dh

Our clients will often filter what to say in order to be brief and helpful. Unfortunately, they may filter out important details. Make sure to do a FULL history. #NeuroReconditioning #ReconditioninghqRevolution #MotionMastery

Future: Specific goals, broad and specific intentions, vision, movement demand requirements, performance targets, purpose, schedule, expectations. And we have to remain curious. We should be continually asking questions to get to know our clients more.

We can become myopic on symptoms or performance goals rather than the multifaceted being asking for our help. To make better decisions for our clients, a full history is necessary. What defines “full?” In simple terms, it is understanding the past, present and future.

Now let’s break it down. (again) Step #1 in 10, for problem solving a rehab or training issue. Take a thorough history. Most therapists do a history, but don’t go far enough. Most strength coaches don’t, and should definitely get in the habit.
